Thanks for choosing Lavender as your preferred laundry and Dry-Cleaning services provider! If you are not satisfied with our service, we are here to help you. You have 48 hours from the time of receiving your package to request a refund by contacting us via email.

Once we receive your written request, we will respond to you as quickly as possible along with details of your refund, where applicable. Please note that additional information may be requested to assist us in issuing refunds. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund on your credit card (or original payment method). Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive a credit in three business days.
